    Interactive White Boards/Computers/iPads

Scoil Naomh Áine is at the forefront of technology.

Every classroom has an interactive white board.

They open up educational possibilities and there are endless resources available on the internet to make our teaching varied and interesting. They are a fantastic resource.

Some of the classrooms have four computers, but we now have numerous laptops for the children to use to reinforce classroom topics and research on the internet for projects etc.

We have 20 iPads that are timetabled for every class to use which again are a valuable resource for accessing educational apps and the internet for research.

The Learning Support Room also has an iPad.

    Our Play and Sports Grounds

Scoil Naomh Áine is very fortunate to have a large area of grass.

This is divided into pitches for each class group where they play soccer or football during break times.

We have a large concrete area where the children love to skip.

The children are provided with skipping ropes, hula hoops, balls, beanbags and rackets and balls at break time.

The yard is painted with hopscotch, mazes and foot trails for the children to play on.

There are sand boxes for the younger children to play with and we also have a basketball court.
